Two policies, two audiences.
This page is about this website — the waitlist form, the contact address, and the server that serves the pages.
If you are a worker, supervisor or administrator using the Site-Hub app on a job, read the App Privacy Policy instead. It covers clock-ins, location, forms, photos, pay records and everything else the app handles.
Who we are
Site-Hub is the controller of the personal data described on this page — meaning we decide why and how it is used.
Site-Hub is operated by DGS Limited.

What we collect
The early-access form
If you register interest, we collect your name, company, trade, crew size and email address. Nothing else, and nothing is pre-filled or inferred.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we hold that email, your address, and whatever you chose to put in it, for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.
Server logs
Our web host records standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the site running and secure, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not linked to anything else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The one exception worth naming: our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which necessarily reveals your IP address to Google. We do not receive anything from that request.
Why we're allowed to use it
- Early-access registrations and enquiries — our legitimate interest in responding to people who have asked to hear from us. You asked; we reply. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- Server logs — our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website.
We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it, and we do not use your details for anything other than the reason you gave them to us.
Who else sees it
Almost nobody. Early-access registrations are emailed to our own mailbox and stay there. We use a UK web and email host to run the site and deliver that mail. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.
We would disclose information if we were legally required to — a court order, or a lawful request from an authority — and not otherwise.
Where it's kept
On servers in the United Kingdom. If that ever changes, we will use a transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law and say so here.
How long we keep it
- Early-access registrations — until we launch and have contacted you, or for two years, whichever comes first. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
- Enquiry emails — up to two years after the conversation ends.
- Server logs — short-term only, typically weeks, as rotated by our host.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we're using it;
- hand it to you, or another provider, in a portable format.
Email info@site-hub.info and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.ukor on 0303 123 1113. We'd rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
